Celldweller
Klayton (a.k.a. Celldweller)
I was introduced to Celldweller by a friend of mine who idolizes the man. The first song I ever heard by him was “Stay With Me (Unlikely)” and I was completely blown away. It was like nothing I had ever heard before. The song is very complex with many layers of affected instrumentation, catchy hooks, and Klayton’s engagingly powerful vocals.
I went to a Celldweller concert in Baltimore recently and was impressed at how organized and professional Klayton was compared to the other bands there. I wasn’t surprised; he’s been doing this since the early nineties with many different bands like Circle of Dust, Argyle Park, and Chatterbox. So basically, Klayton knows what he’s doing, he’s an awesome musician, and you need to go check out his music. Oh yeah, and he’s also one sexy piece of man.
